Current Location: Halethorpe, MD About Dulce de Leche: Dulce is shy at first but warms up to calm, patient people. Once she feels safe, she enjoys gentle scratches and attention. She’s a graceful jumper and loves to perch up high to observe her world. She also seeks out cozy, tucked-away spaces to nap. Personality: - Quiet and observant - Sweet and affectionate once settled - Vocal when she wants something—especially seafood or treats! - Carries her small stuffed toys like treasures - Purrs when calm and comfortable Energy Level: Moderate. She has playful bursts, especially when the laser pointer or catnip are involved, but she also enjoys lounging in peace. Companionship: Dulce prefers a low-stress environment. She coexists with a respectful dog but would prefer space from them. She may do well with other calm cats after slow introductions. Love and Affection: Once she feels safe, she enjoys affection on her terms. She’ll come to you for pets and is happiest when she can explore, play, and find a quiet place to curl up.
