My story

Please read Downy's full profile before proceeding with any inquiries. Visit our website to review our adoption process and requirements and schedule an on-site appointment (walk-in hours are also available). www.ggohinc.com Downy is a sweet, petite gal with a unique personality - she's all about lovin' and attention, until she's not. So in other words, she's a cat. She really is quite friendly and will come to you when she wants attention but like most cats, she has a limit to how much attention she actually wants. Her favorite thing to do to get your attention is rub on your ankles and make cute little squeaking noises. She allows pets and head scritches but she's not a fan of being picked up. As mentioned, she does have a limit when it comes to attention and she is very good about giving signs that she's done so we recommend her going into a home with a cat savvy adopter and one who doesn't mind a cat with some quirks and a semi-independent type personality. No kids under the age of 12 - they simply do not understand cat behavior and their need for space. We don't want to scare anyone off from at least meeting Downy and giving her a chance but we like to be truthful and transparent as we want to set up our rescues to continue to thrive once adopted rather than to fail. We know that Downy's person is out there somewhere and when she meets them, her sweet side will win them over and the little quirks will be just that, little. Are you ready to meet this beautiful little lady? She's at least worth meeting, don't you think - we certainly do! Don't let her slip away to someone else and leave you wondering what might have been. Downy has a DOB of 10/15/2020.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Downy, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
