My story

Meet Margie, a sweet and gentle senior cat looking for her forever home! At 9 years old, Margie has a heart full of love and a curious spirit. She came to the rescue after being abandoned at someone's workplace, but she’s ready to leave her tough past behind. Margie may be toothless and tail-less (she was born without one), but that only adds to her unique charm. She loves to explore her surroundings and, most of all, enjoys being petted. If you're looking for a cuddly, low-maintenance companion with a lot of love to give, Margie could be the perfect fit! Margie is currently in a foster home. If you are interested in meeting her, please send a message here, or email adopt@ahsem.org. Adoption fees are as follows: $155 for a single cat or kitten, $195 for a pair of cats or kittens. When adopting a cat from AHSEM the adoption includes spay or neuter surgery, age appropriate core vaccines, microchipping, combo tested (for FIV/FeLV), and basic wellness care including deworming and flea treatment.
