My story

Meet Cassidy, the perfect mix of sweetness and energy! This compact young lady, weighing just under 50 lbs, is making great strides in her foster home. She gets along well with her foster dog siblings and is settling in beautifully. Cassidy handled her car ride home like a pro and has adapted well to being kenneled when her foster isn't home. She's quiet at night and content whether she's in her kennel or in the laundry room, where she rests peacefully until morning. Cassidy is fairly well potty trained and does her best to hold it until her next outing. She absolutely loves being around people and is incredibly friendly and cuddly. One of Cassidy's favorite activities is swimming - she's a natural water lover! Cassidy is a joy to walk and easy to handle, making her the ideal companion for someone who can give her the love and patience she needs to truly blossom. If you're looking for a sweet, manageable dog with a playful spirit, Cassidy is the perfect match! If the location on the Cincinnati Animal CARE site is listed as 3949 Colerain or 4210 Dane, you can meet your new best friend any day from 1-6 at the listed location! If listed in a foster home, please reach out to our foster team at Foster@cincycare.org to be connected with the foster family. Sheltered Paws is providing this pup with a leash, collar, durable chew toy, snacks and a rebate certificate good for a training class. You can pick your trainer and Sheltered Paws will rebate back to you an amount up to but not to exceed $100.00.
