My story

Say hello to Howie, the charming 2.5-year-old tabby with those oh-so-cute white paws and a chest as fluffy as his heart. Howie is a cuddle expert, ready to bring his playful and affectionate vibes to a home that’s ready to love him back! Fully vaccinated and thriving in his foster home, Howie’s been living the good life indoors with a little backyard adventure thrown in now and then. While Howie might play it cool and a bit shy when meeting new faces (loud noises are his kryptonite), don’t let that fool you—once he’s comfortable, he’s a total snuggle machine! This mellow little guy has a heart as big as his personality, making him the perfect sidekick for anyone in need of a loyal and loving companion. He’s got a playful streak, but he's equally happy curling up for a nap on your lap or just chilling by your side. Howie’s great with babies, always keeping his distance and respecting their space—he knows they're precious! When it comes to other pets, Howie’s still getting the hang of it, so a gentle introduction is key. But with his adaptable and sweet nature, we’re sure he’ll make fast friends with your furry family members. Ready to meet your new best buddy? Howie’s waiting to share his love, cuddles, and playful energy with you! Come say hi, and let him steal your heart! *Howie is currently being fostered in North County San Diego as his main base, but splits time with Los Angeles as well. He can do virtual meet and greets as well as in person in either location and can be adopted anywhere in Southern California easily.
