My story

đŸŸ Meet Ophelia — Sweet, Social, and So Ready to Shine đŸŸ Unlike her dramatic Shakespearean namesake, Ophelia is all about joy, playtime, and second chances. This beautiful Pitbull mix came to us alongside her brother Hamlet, and while they love each other, they’re not a bonded pair. That means Ophelia is totally ready to strike out on her own — or maybe even one with her brother, if you’ve got room for double the love.. Ophelia is a dog-social girl who thrives around other pups. She loves a good romp, knows when to take a break, and would do great in a home with another playful dog. She’s got a fun, bouncy energy but settles nicely after a good walk or play session. Cats? Not her thing. She’d prefer a home without them, where she can relax without the temptation to chase. Ophelia is affectionate, silly, and loyal. She loves people, enjoys attention, and is always down for a treat or two. Whether you’re heading out on an adventure or hanging at home, Ophelia just wants to be by your side. đŸ¶ About Ophelia: Great with other dogs Not compatible with cats Came in with her brother, Hamlet Playful, loving, and full of life 🌾 Ophelia is ready to leave the past behind and step into her happy ending. Could it be with you? OPHELIA IS A FREEDOM FRIENDS ELIGABLE PET! At the Humane Society, we deeply value and honor the service and sacrifice of our veterans. To show our appreciation, we are offering a special opportunity for verified veterans to adopt an animal at 50% off the adoption fee. This offer applies to all animals who have been in our shelter for 6 months or more, giving these wonderful pets a chance to find the loving homes they deserve, while also providing veterans with a loyal companion.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Ophelia, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
