My story

Meet Ruby and Webster, the ultimate dynamic duo! Ruby is less than two years old and small (less than 40 lbs) and Webster is about 4 years old, and about 40lbs as well. They're looking for a forever home, together, through GRRAND. We tried to split them up, but let's just say they're like two peas in a pod as they love eachother and find comfort in eachother. They're recovering from a rough past, but they're not letting that get them down. Both Ruby and Webster are spayed, neutered, housebroken, crate-trained, and up-to-date on vaccinations and microchipped. If you're looking for a pair to keep each other and you entertained, look no further. They both love car rides, playing with toys, and they are fine with cats, other dogs, and kids. I would recommend children six and up, as they are young and energetic. Webster has more experience with leash walking and going to stores. Ruby is still a bit unsure outside on a leash, but she has come a long way, and with Webster having her back and being an example, she will be a rock star in no time. GRRAND and animal advocates across the commonwealth collaborated to help rescue animals trapped in a devastating hoarding situation on a rural County Kentucky farm. Advocates eagerly await justice for the abused animals and the swift rescue of those still suffering in inhumane conditions. Ruby and Webster were 2 of those dogs. It's awful to think of the terrible lives and abuse they have been subjected to. He still is working on the fact that all things are new for him, but he is doing great as his foster family says: "What does it take to unlock a dog's full potential? For Webster, it was love, care, and patience. This shy neutered one year old boy has evolved into a happy, outgoing companion, exceling in leash walks, stairs, and crate training. Webster is housebroken and car-ready, loves dogs of all sizes and has won over all people he meets. Now, he seeks a home with a confident dog and patient family to continue his growth. He is ready to bring joy to his new family!" He's pretty social and such a character. He loves other dogs, and loves playing and wrestling with them.
