Despite a challenging past, Boo entered the local shelter in October 2023, covered in fleas, bite marks and scars. At the time she was only 24lbs. but her spirit shines through. Boo's friendly nature extends to both people and other dogs, making her a delightful companion. She finds joy in chasing a ball and always keeps a cherished toy by her side. With a past she's overcome, Boo is ready to fill your home with love and laughter. Open your heart to this brave little terrier, and you'll gain an enduring friend. Boo is currently young at about 2.5 years or less and weighs about 30lbs. Our adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, up to date shots, Microchip, Alabama Health Certificate, and the transport service to get the new family pet to you. If you are interested in adopting, the FIRST step is to complete an application. Please be advised that our volunteers are busy rescuing, transporting, and caring for our animals. We will respond to your application as soon as possible. Upon review of your application, the rescue in AL will contact you, so you can ask any specific questions that you may have. NOTE: All Paws of Dixie animals are located in AL foster homes. They will be transported north after adoption. If there is more than one decision maker in the home, all of them should be in agreement. We DO NOT adopt to anyone under the age of 21
