My story

This is a courtesy post. Simba is a very friendly, super nice and loving boy approximately 4 to 6 years old. He’s FIV positive but otherwise very healthy. He can live along with other cats just fine. It’s not contagious. He has been completely vetted, neutered, microchipped and fvrcp vaccinated. He was rescued in Conway when he and another cat were dumped outside to fend for themselves when the owner moved away. He gets along very well with other cats. What is FIV: Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) is a common infectious disease that attacks a cat's immune system, making them more susceptible to other infections. Though there is no known cure, FIV is far from a death sentence. They have weaker immune systems, but cats who test positive for FIV can live fulfilling and happy lives like any other cats, and can live for many years, often without harmful symptoms.
