My story
Toby was found by a lady at the Lucky's parking lot. Toby was being attacked by a dog. He got away and then proceeded to get himself stuck under the dash of someone's car. They had to go to Arnie's to get him out of there. Needless to say, Toby has had a hard life up to now. We'd love to see him get a great home and be spoiled the rest of his days.
