My story

Hemmy is a sweet lady with a heart as big as the state of Arizona!! This happy girl is easygoing, affectionate, and ready to find her forever home today. Here’s what some of her volunteer friends have said:“Hemmy usually is my first walk in the morning because she is so easy and fun. She greats me with a little dance of the front legs and is very excited to get out. She also knows her sit and paw and how to look at you so you give her more treats, which she takes gently. A wonderful companion and very nice girl.”“Hemmy was easy to leash and leave the kennel area with. She walked nicely on leash and did her business multiple times. She checked in with me often and was a nice walking buddy.”“Hemmy knows sit and shake. She likes water and playing in the pool. Treat-motivated and takes gently. A nice, friendly, labby girl.”Hemmy shares her kennel with another PACC pup and has been playful when meeting other dogs in playgroup.
