My story

Howard Aspen is best described as the strong silent type. He is young and gorgeous and is currently employed as the head neighborhood watch at his foster home in West Philly. He loves looking out the windows at the birds and enjoys cuddling up in his cat tree to observe the goings-on of his foster home. Howard is a little shy and needs someone who will give him time to acclimate to a new home. However, once he is comfortable with you, his gentle and loving personality comes through, and you will appreciate having such a great friend in your life. He is a truly sweet and endearing guy who must have been through a lot in his previous life. Despite that, he has a calming presence and just wants to be part of a family. Once he became comfortable with his foster parents, he revealed his love of head rubs and started seeking them out for attention. He is food-motivated and also a big fan of Greenies treats; he always can tell when it is treat-o-clock! He would do great with a quieter family and will blossom with love and care. Howard is living with several other cats and would love a feline friend. He could live with older kids who know how to respect a cat's independence. We think once he gets into his forever home, he will show how affectionate and family-oriented he really is! Adoption fee: $100 (plus tax) (Adopt 2 cats and save $25 off the total adoption fee!)

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Howard Aspen, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
