My story

Meet Marsha, a super smart, playful, medium-sized pup with polka dot ears, a goofy personality, and a heart full of affection. She loves to play, whether it`s with people, dogs, or just with her toys (she absolutely LOVES toys). She can make anything a fun game, but will also settle down to cuddle and give lots of kisses. She’s easy to take on walks as she’s easy on a leash and is easily and quickly corrected (plus she loves walks too!).Marsha is extremely treat motivated and has already mastered sit, paw, down, stay, and stand, and place (going to sit on her bed). She’s also learned how to use talking buttons for “potty” and “hungry”! She knows to go to the door when she needs to go out, but if someone does not notice her asking, she will use the “potty” button to make sure you hear her. And with her “hungry” button, she’ll never let you forget when it’s time for breakfast or dinner. At her last foster, she was used to eating dinner everyday at 6 on the dot, so after daylight savings, she was so funny and got a little bossy with her “hungry” button when 5:15 rolled around.Marsha is generally very friendly meeting people but will sometimes take a couple minutes to warm up to new faces, but once she does, she is ready to cuddle and play and give as many kisses as she can! She`s had several positive experiences playing with dogs and enjoys spending time with dog friends who like to play just as much as she does! She would very likely do well having another dog to play with (as long as they are not dominant and have a similar rough play style). If you`re looking for a playful, loyal pup to join you in all your adventures, Marsha could be the perfect fit!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Marsha, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
