Hi, I’m Phill! I’ll fill the bill...if I can just find my way to you. Looking for a lifelong buddy and someone who will care about me. I know I have tons of love to give! I just need a co-pilot in life. I am a quietly confident guy. Come meet me and bring the family too. I’m so ready to find my forever home. A team member says, "Phill loves nothing more than a good rawhide to chew on and a human by his side. He has a collection of rawhides on the ledge outside his room, and he selects the one he wants to take on his walk. He'll make a beeline for the nearest bench and wants you to sit beside him and pet him. He could stay like that all day. He's also a smart guy who knows commands like sit, shake and down, and he loves showing off what he knows for treats."
