Meet Wilbur – MCASAC’s Longest Resident, Still Waiting for His Forever Home!Wilbur has been patiently waiting for over a year to find his person, and we can’t understand how this sweet, soulful boy keeps getting overlooked.In his foster home, Wilbur has proven to be housetrained, polite, and an excellent sleeper. Indoors, he’s calm and content to quietly stay close—never clingy, just gently present. He’s shy at first, but once you’ve earned his trust, he’ll show you his love with a signature “Wilbur lean” into your side and maybe even a gentle kiss or two.Wilbur`s dream day includes a long walk filled with birdsong and rabbit sightings—he’s captivated by the world around him and could spend all afternoon watching the trees for birdie friends. He also loves chew toys, and his silly, slightly goofy side will keep you smiling.Resilient and full of quiet strength, Wilbur has come a long way from his rough beginnings. With time, love, and patience, he’s bloomed into a sweet, eager, and loyal companion.
