My story

Roscoe is a large mixed breed with a stunning brindle coat and an even more beautiful soul. He’s a big, handsome guy who’s been waiting patiently for over a year, making him one of our longest residents. But don’t let that fool you—Roscoe is more than ready to find his forever home. This smart boy is a quick learner and loves showing off his skills! He already knows sit, lay down, shake, and roll over, and he’s currently working on “middle” and “wait.” He’s treat-motivated and loves engaging his mind, especially when belly rubs are part of the reward. Roscoe is affectionate and eager to please and just wants someone to love him as much as he’ll love them. He’s been overlooked for far too long, and we know the right person or family is out there just waiting to discover what a gem he truly is. He will thrive in a single-pet home with experienced owners and older kids! Roscoe is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines!
