My story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Daisy is ready for adoption!  She is a 6 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel that was released from a life of breeding!  She is ready to start a life of being a pet now :-) Daisy is a very typical Cavalier - if you know the breed you know what we mean!  She loves people and loves nothing more than being pet and loved back.  She is good with other dogs but is not much of a player - more of like a snuggler.  She doesn't want to be bothered by playful puppies though - that life is over for her!   Daisy has no issues with the cats in her foster home either.  She loves to sleep with her people and has a great little snore.  Daisy is a good watchdog and really likes to keep tabs on what is happening outside - her favorite spot is a chair by the windows!  Daisy is crate-trained and leash-trained.  She does have a fully fenced yard in her foster home though.  Daisy is pretty much housetrained but please expect some accidents as she adjusts to a new home and routine.   She is good with adults and has been around kids over the age of 8 and did great.  We can't imagine a home that Daisy wouldn't be a match for! Daisy has a heart murmur but is non-symptomatic at this point.  She has been on enalapril though so she could be spayed and get a dental. She has been professionally groomed and did great! Daisy is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm.  She has also had bloodwork done and been given a dental!   Her adoption fee is $450  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 3, 2024, 11:29 am
