Meet Chipper! Chipper is an amazing mix of playful energy and cozy companionship. He loves exploring and playing, but his favorite place is snuggled up on the sofa or in bed with his people. With a good walk and playtime in the morning and afternoon, Chipper is content to relax, nap, or watch the world go by from the window.
