Solstice Hyattsville

My story

Solstice is a big boy, a bright-eyed old soul with a lot of personality. For being a young guy, he is overall pretty chill. Most of his day is spent snoozing or looking out the window. He does get the occasional zoomies and especially likes running through the cat tunnel. He has fun playing with springs and balls on his own, and he's very good at catching the discs that fly from the fetch toy. While not a lap cat, Solstice is a great companion. He is happy to be near his foster parents and even lets them give him belly rubs. He doesn't typically seek out affection, but he turbo purrs when affection comes to him. He sings for his supper (and other meals). Solstice is great with meeting new people and should adjust quickly to a new household. It is unknown how he is with dogs as he was only around a household visitor briefly and viewed them as an intruder. A proper introduction would be needed when introducing him to any household pets. Solstice was born Jan 2023. He is neutered, current on rabies and distemper vaccinations, tested negative for FIV and feline leukemia and has been microchipped. ******** Please note: 4Paws will only consider local adoptions (Northern VA / DC / MD metropolitan area) 4Paws does not adopt to students
