His foster mom describes him simply as “the best”—sweet, snuggly, and always up for a good chill session.   What is FeLV? FeLV is a condition that affects a cat’s immune system. While some FeLV+ cats, like Pecan Pie, are in great health, every cat reacts differently. Because of this, FeLV positive cats cannot live with FeLV negative cats, as passing on the virus could put them at serious risk. Instead, FeLV+ cats should either be the only cat in the home or live with other FeLV+ kitties.
