https://foha.org/pet/jasper2024/ HELLO EVERYONE! I'm Jasper! You might've known me as Jekyll, but I am loving my new name change! I'm now JASPER and I have a new outlook on life. I've learned a lot about myself and I want to move forward and start my journey of finding a home of my own. My journey began as a stray, but luck turned in my favor when I was rescued and brought to FOHA. I have a lot of past to leave behind but even more future to look forward to! No one will truly know what I went through in my past but trust is something that I need to work on with new people. I'm a little head shy when unfamiliar hands come near me, but I do warm up pretty quick! My friends here can rub me all over and I just LOVE it. I just need one of my friends to help introduce me to new people and show me the way! My new name, Jasper, means treasurer or bringer of treasure. I like this because I want to be YOUR treasure! Playful and sweet, I'm ready to be the source of joy and love in your life. I would do best in a home with a friendly but fairly chill female dog, as I love playing chase with other dogs but I'm not into wrestling. I would be happiest in a home without small animals or young children. If you're in search of a loyal companion dedicated to spreading happiness, look no further - I'm your guy.
