My story

If you're looking for an affectionate companion who loves to give kisses, Bea is your girl! The one-year-old is playful and would like a fenced yard where she can enjoy zoomies and other outside activities. She would benefit from having another young dog as a playmate and she quickly makes friends with mellow dogs. Bea is a smart cookie who is eager to learn. She is currently in enrichment classes and is learning to socialize with people and other canines. Bea is leash-trained and loves long walks. She would benefit with continued training to help her reach her full potential. The cattle dog mix is housetrained and uses a doggie door. She likes sleeping in a crate at night and taking daytime naps. Bea isn't a nuisance barker, but will alert you when someone is at the door. Our adoption fee helps cover expenses (vaccinations, microchips, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets we rescue. UAF does not adopt or ship outside the state of Arizona. To ensure the best fit, UAF conducts a home visit to meet other pets and verify a safe, secure yard. If you have any questions or to adopt a dog an application must submitted.
