Bonded pair alert!Meet Shooter & Sparky! They are 4 year old Lab mixes. The boys are very smart and high energy, so he must have a good fence and someone to be active and train them. Both need a littlentime to warm up. They seem to do well with other dogs. If you would like to make this sweet duo a part of your family, fill out an application at www.barktownrescue.org  Their adoption fee is $250The shelter software system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of our dogs we are only guessing at the dog's predominant breed or breed mix. We strongly encourage you to select your new pet by looking at each dog's individual personality and pet qualities rather than relying on a breed label that is only our best guess.    Our adoption fees vary from $150 and up.  All of our dogs are up to date on vaccines, heart worm preventives, and flea/tick medication, and will be spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
