Once a timid girl cowering in the corner of a kennel, Peachie Pie—affectionately known as Peach, Peachy Weachy, or Peach Pit—has blossomed into a goofy and loving companion since being rescued in 2018. When we first met her, she was emaciated and terrified, but with a little time and lots of love, her true personality began to shine through! Peach is the silliest girl you'll ever meet! She loves to play and has a knack for making everyone laugh. On walks, she’ll often stop in her tracks, sit right in front of you, and stare deeply into your eyes, making it clear that she’s ready for her treat before continuing on her adventure. Though she’s a social butterfly with her friends, Peach takes her time warming up to new people. All it takes is consistent visits, dedication, and, of course, treats! Once you’ve earned her trust, you’ll quickly understand why she is so dearly loved. Peach would thrive best in a quiet home without frequent visitors, where her humans can be close by during storms, rain, or fireworks. Having spent nearly six years in care, mostly in boarding, Peach is ready to find a forever home where she can truly thrive.
