My story

If you're looking for a sweetie for Valentine's day, we got your gal! This is Mimi, a little 2-3 year old Maltese. She's so so sweet and is an absolute cuddle fiend. She's gotten her spay and dental, so she's a happy gal at the moment. She's slowly gaining weight, she's a whopping 4.25lbs now! Unfortunately, we found that she has Lyme disease and regenerative anemia (which may be a result of her Lyme diagnosis), so we will be focusing on getting her back to her healthy self soon, but we do want to emphasize that our first priority is her health, and someone who will continue to keep that a priority upon her adoption! She's currently on a medication regimen and is doing really well! Mimi seems to be good with small dogs. She does appear to have some separation anxiety that we're working through, but this does mean she will likely do best with someone who works from home, or has a dog-friendly workplace where she can tag along!
