My story
Oscarrr Babbyyyy. Oscar is a senior guy who has made his way back to PHS yet again. Oscar`s story is a little different, he was adopted from PHS a few years ago. Unfortunately his owner has passed away and now he is heart broken waiting for another home. Oscar was so upset his first few days all he did was scream at you. Now that he has settled he is doing better but would rather be anywhere but here. Oscar really is the sweetest boy. He would really like a second chance at life, yes kittens are cute and fun but senior kitties need love too!
