My story

PLEASE NOTE: Underdog is an All Volunteer foster based rescue. PetFinder, Adopt-A-Pet, and email inquiries are not likely to get a response. If you are interest in adopting you must submit an online Underdogs Rock Rescue adoption application at https://underdogsrock.org/adopt-a-dog. Milo is around 6.5 months and 25lbs. This stunning chocolate lab boy is a big friendly bundle of love and puppy energy. He plays hard and then naps hard. He's good with other dogs, but canbe a bit barky at first until he gets to know them. He'd be fine with older dog savvy children. He's fostering with cats and does well with them too. And all around good boy.  He loves toys. He's doing good with house training so long as he has easy and frequent access out to a fenced in yard. He's not fond of crates at all, but is working on getting use to it. He's not a constant barker, but does know how to use his voice. Milo's place will be in a single family home with a fenced in yard. He will not be adopted out to a home where he will regularly be left alone for extended periods of time. Also, he needs an adopter(s) willing and able to take him through training classes so he can grow into his best self. As a bonus it will be an ideal way for a new adopter(s) to strengthen their bond with Milo. Milo is up to date on vaccinations and microchipped. His adoption fee is $450. This fee includes an Underdog provided neuter at an Underdog designated vet when Milo is 12 - 18 months of age. You MUST have an application on file to request a meet. An online Underdogs Rock adoption application can be accessed at https://underdogsrock.org/adopt-a-dog . You must be able to meet an Underdog in their foster's location and dogs are not held for or shipped outside of the Portland metro area for applicants. Milo is being fostered in SE Portland. To learn more about Underdog Rail Road Rescue a Portland, Oregon based 501c3 organization and for updates on the Underdogs be sure to follow our Facebook page  https://www.facebook.com/UnderdogsRockRescue/ Meets are part of the Underdog adoption process and will take place outside. Home checks are also part of the process and will be conducted virtually. Thank you for choosing to adopt and not shop!  November 6, 2024, 12:13 am

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Milo, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
