This sweet girl has been waiting for her forever home for over three years, ever since she was rescued from a kill shelter. Despite her challenging past, Raven’s resilience and gentle spirit continue to shine through, making her an incredible companion.Raven`s striking blue coat perfectly complements her calm and easygoing demeanor. A true couch potato at heart, she loves nothing more than lounging around the house and soaking up affection. Whether it’s curling up beside you or sharing sweet kisses, Raven is an expert at relaxation and enjoys the comfort of home.While Raven is a social butterfly with other dogs in a secure yard, she does have a protective side and can be wary of unfamiliar dogs outside her fence. Her ideal home would include a secure yard where she can thrive in a safe environment. She’s also not fond of cats, so a feline-free home would be best for her.Raven enjoys leisurely walks on a leash, taking her time to explore at a relaxed pace. On hot days, she loves splashing around in a kiddy pool, making outdoor playtime a delightful experience. Her affectionate nature makes her a great companion for someone who can provide the love and attention she craves, ideally in a quiet home with a predictable routine.Recently, Raven has been working with a volunteer to improve her socialization skills, visiting public places and interacting with new people. She may be a bit cautious initially, so a couple of meet-and-greets will help her feel secure and build trust.
