Merida

My story

Merida is about 4 months old (as of 10/25), has been dewormed, microchipped & is fully vaccinated. She is a very lovable puppy & definitely needs a family to continue showing her that humans can be good. She loves kongs with pb, squeaky toys, cozy beds & is very treat motivated - which along with some training will help with confidence building! She does not do well in a crate yet & suffers from separation anxiety so lots of patience & positive reinforcement will be key for Merida. She doesn't respond well to people "coming at her" or standing over her, so let her come to you :-) She is about 85% potty trained now. She would do well with another dog in the home to show her the ropes & help her along the way.. she's so brave & made lots of progress in her foster home! Merida was rescued from the streets of Puerto Rico along with her 12 siblings at the end of August & is patiently waiting for her furever home in Utah now! *Adopter is responsible for Merida's spay by December 2019* Please fill out the adoption application for Merida here: https://form.jotform.co/93015834844864
