My story

Meet Teddy! Teddy's a handsome 1-year-old Chihuahua mix with a striking mahogany, red, and white coat, captivating eyes, and expressive ears that don't miss a beat. This smart boy has made great strides and is ready to find his forever family. Teddy can be a little nervous at first, showing his shyness with barks, but he's learning to trust. His previous caregivers reported that he's a true lap dog once he's picked up. He'll happily sit, accept pets, and even give sweet licks! Teddy thrives on attention and will wag his tail and bark excitedly when he sees people he knows, eager for a hand to lick. While he may be a bit hesitant when you reach for him, he can be gently scooped up for cuddles. Teddy loves to play with toys and burrow into a cozy blanket. Teddy has a lot of potential and is looking for a patient and loving home where he can continue to build confidence and truly blossom into the wonderful companion he's meant to be.
