My story

ADOPTION PENDING ABOVE GROUND FENCE REQUIRED This is Scooby he is Bloodhound/Great Dane mix he is around 3-4 years old. He weighs about 95 pounds. He is neutered up-to-date on his shots and Heartworm negative. Hey y'all I am Scooby Longfellow and I am still over here at Hound Dog Hallow waiting for my forever home. I know I am one tall hound, but hey you want lose me in a crowd. I even come with my XXXXLarge crate if you want. I like to eat in my crate and sleeping in it is know problem. I can be a little rough when I play so another real tall dog would be good. If you want to go hike in the mountains I can pull you up with no problem. I do like my toys and everyone else's that goes for sticks too, but I am getting better. I know how to set and shake for treats. So if you like a long tall cool drink of good looking hound I am your boy. Scooby knows how to sit and shake he is kennel trained and house-trained . Scooby is about 5’9”when he stands on his hind legs . He will definitely need a tall fence to keep him in ! He will require slow introductions. He is playful with humans he likes balls and stuffed animals but sometimes he forgets how big he is and will jump up on you we are working on that. Scooby's favorite thing is to go for a walk really helps with his energy and how he acts when he comes in the house. He is very strong so the only leash we use on him is a gentle leader and he walks awesome on it . Older kids would be better for him. Scooby will need a home with previous bloodhound experience someone that’ll be very patient with him and teaching him how to act . He will make someone very good dog if they work with him. http://www.southcentralbloodhounds.org/adoption-foster-application

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Scooby, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
