Our Grant Portal
Starting February 1st, we are transitioning to SmartSimple, a new grant portal to manage grant applications, adoption reward payments and impact reports.
Please read the information below to learn how to register for the new grant portal.
If you are a current grant partner and have logged into our previous system CyberGrants in the last 24 months, create your account by selecting "forgot password" and use the same email address used in the old portal to register for the new portal. Your account will automatically be linked to your existing organization record.
Once registered, you will be able to start applying for our 2021 grants or apply to become a new PetSmart Charities Adoption Partner.

February 1 - March 4
During this transitional period, partners that have a pending deadline to submit impact reports on an existing grant should continue to submit those reports in Cybergrants.

Starting March 5
Impact reports for all grants should be submitted in the new grant portal starting March 5th.

April 16
Current partners will be able to access historical grant applications and impact reports from CyberGrants until this date.
You will not be able to login or access historical records from CyberGrants after April 16th.

Starting April 17
All historical grant applications and impact reports will be available in the new grant portal. You will no longer have access to CyberGrants beginning April 17th.
