We offer two programs. Our Spay Neuter Certificates which do have additional charges that vary according to the animal hospital. Our TRAP NEUTER & RETURN PROGRAM has set fees and is performed by appointment at the shelter. Call for prices. We sell vouchers to the public to access a discounted spay or neuter surgery. These surgeries are not performed at the shelter.

Our Spay Neuter Program for the public is for Feral Cats only. Ear tipping is mandatory. We offer vouchers for sale to the public to access a discounted spay or neuter surgery with a list of animal hospitals in the Lower Westchester County area.The vouchers sold are for pet cats and dogs. These surgeries are performed at area animal hospitals. Our Trap Neuter and Return Program is for feral cats only. Surgeries are performed for feral cats at the shelter clinic by appointment only.50
