Hi my name is Carmen San Diego and I am currently at Maricopa County Animal Care and Control on the euthanasia list for behavior concerns. My deadline is early morning 09/24/26. I am currently not available for adoption through the public and need a foster home to survive with a rescue that is partnered with the shelter to pull me off the list.
