My story

Meet Radar! Adoption fee $400 Radar was trapped and on his way to county. One of our fosters saw a post about him and asked if we could help. We said of course! We didn't realize how sick he was. He was covered in ticks but we knew something else was going on after a couple of days. He had no energy (he is a puppy)! He wasn't eating at all. We got him over to the emergency vet and figured out that he probably had Valley Fever. We started treatment until we could get him into our vet and get bloodwork done to confirm. Sure enough his titer came back as a 1:32. Radar will be rechecked in about 4 months. Due to his age we fill that he will not be on medication for too long. Because he has Valley Fever the clinic we use to neuter would not take him. He has an appointment in a couple weeks for his neuter. Until then he will be Foster to Adopt. The rescue will cover all costs. The foster to adopt will take him to his vet appointment. We will also cover the Valley Fever test when its due. Radar LOVES to play! He has a buddy in his foster home that he plays with non-stop all day every day! He is kennel trained and walks on a leash. He is a puppy so expect puppy behavior! Radar is approximately 5-6 months old and weighs 33 pounds.
