My story

Cielo and his sister Estrella were living outside when I first met them, but their lives changed when they came to Doggie Tails Rescue. They’ve discovered soft beds, full bellies, and lots of love—and now they’re ready for a forever home, either together or separately. Estrella is the quieter of the two. She’s a bit shy at first, but still very friendly once she feels safe, and she absolutely blossoms with gentle people who move at her pace. Cielo is the social butterfly. He’s outgoing, loves to curl up on your lap, and could happily spend all day getting pets and soaking up attention. Both are loving, sweet dogs who have already come so far from their tough start outside. If you’re looking for a loyal companion—or a ready-made pair—Cielo and Estrella would love to meet you.
