My story

Hi there! I'm Dobby, and I'm ready to find my forever home! I didn't have the easiest start in life, but you'd never know it from my sweet, resilient spirit! When I first came to my foster family, I was super skinny and needed a lot of TLC. I'm feeling so much better now and growing stronger every day. Because of my past, I can be just a little bit shy for the first couple of minutes when meeting someone new, but once I know I'm safe, my playful, happy puppy personality shines right through! All About Me: Personality: Playful, sweet, and eager to learn! I am full of classic puppy energy. Favorite Things: FOOD! (Seriously, I love meals, treats, and toys!), playing with other dogs, and getting lots of gentle pets and affection. Dog & Kid Friendly: I love playing with other pups! I also do great with kids, though I am still learning my big-boy manners, so I can be a little hyper during playtime. Training in Progress: Since I'm a young pup who hasn't lived indoors before, I'm still working on house-training, crate training, and walking on a leash. I'm a smart mix and very food-motivated, so training with treats will be a blast! My Ideal Home: I'm super adaptable! I can maybe live in an apartment or a house with a yard, and I'd do great as an only dog or with a playful canine brother or sister.
