My story

Some dogs are the life of the party. I'm the reason everyone wants to stay home. Hi, I'm Suki—a six-year-old pug whose greatest talent is making a house feel like home. I'm the kind of girl who quietly follows you from room to room, curls up under your desk while you work, saves you a spot on the couch (or politely asks you to save one for me), and happily snuggles beside you when the day is done. My foster says I'm one of the most well-mannered dogs they've ever met. I'm already potty trained, kennel trained, walk nicely on a leash, and get along beautifully with dogs, cats, and people. I don't need to be the center of attention—I just want to be included. One of my cutest quirks? I have the funniest little "yap." If I'm outside and ready to come in, you'll hear it. If everyone is on the couch and there's no room for me, you'll definitely hear it. I'm simply making sure nobody forgets that cuddling is a team sport. I'm more of a homebody than an adventurer. While I enjoy walks and spending time with my family, my favorite place will always be wherever you are. Whether that's watching TV, working from home, reading a book, or going to bed early, I'll happily be your little shadow. My perfect family doesn't need dog-training experience or an endless list of activities. They just need room in their heart—and maybe a little room on the couch.
