QUICK FACTS Name: Darong Age: About 5 Months Old Gender: Male (Neutered) Breed: Mini Jindo Mix Color: Black and White Weight: 5kg / 11lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY I was rescued from a municipal shelter after overcoming illness as a puppy. Thanks to prompt treatment and the devoted care I received, I made a full recovery and have no lasting effects from my illness. Now I'm healthy, happy, and excited to find a loving forever family to begin the next wonderful chapter of my life.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Neutered & healthy with no known health issues   MY PERSONALITY Hi, I'm Darong! I'm a tiny little puppy with an even bigger zest for life! The world is still brand new to me, and I'm so excited to experience everything it has to offer. I have lots of puppy energy and love to stay busy, whether I'm playing with my favorite toys, exploring my surroundings, or making new friends! I absolutely adore people, treats, and playtime, so making friends comes naturally to me. I'm also learning all about the world, including how to walk on a leash. Since I haven't had much practice yet, I sometimes bounce along in the cutest little hops, almost like a puppy wearing shoes for the very first time! I'm making wonderful progress every day and am eager to keep learning. Like any curious puppy, I can be a little mischievous and have even discovered that climbing and squeezing through places can be an exciting adventure, so I'll need a family that keeps me safe while I continue learning about the world. With patient guidance, positive training, and plenty of love, I'm sure to grow into an incredible companion. If you're looking for a sweet, playful puppy who will fill your home with laughter, love, and endless happy memories, I'd love to grow up by your side!   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I'm an incredibly affectionate dog who loves being around people. Whether we've known each other for years or we've just met, I'll happily come over to say hello, lean in for pets, and enjoy all the attention you have to give. I warm up to people very quickly and love making new friends. Being picked up is no problem for me, and one of my sweetest habits is rolling over to show my belly—even to someone I've just met!   · With Dogs: I love making new dog friends! Whether we've known each other for a long time or we're meeting for the very first time, I'm always happy to walk over, say hello, and invite them to play. I get along well with dogs of all sizes, from little pups to larger companions. Even if another dog tries to provoke me, I'd much rather walk away than get into an argument—I prefer to avoid conflict and keep the peace whenever I can. · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have high energy level – I need plenty of outdoor activity and exercise before I’m ready to settle down and relax calmly. I’m still working on my leash skills, so regular practice, patient guidance, and an active routine will help me become a confident and enjoyable walking companion.   TRAINING & HABITS I’m easygoing around food and don’t guard it from either people or other dogs. When there’s something I really want, I may let you know with a little demand barking. I can become a bit restless and whine while in my kennel, so patient and positive kennel training will help me feel more comfortable. When it comes to potty habits, I’m flexible and can use indoor pee pads as well as go outside for bathroom breaks.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself.
