My story

Hi, I’m Piper, a striking 6-year-old white and blue merle girl weighing 37 lbs, and I’m ready to fill your life with adventure, affection, and a whole lot of love! 🐾❤️ I’m leash trained (I walk very nicely with no pulling), smart as a whip, and I know sit and even how to speak on command (especially when treats are involved!). I hike real well, keeping pace. Just be prepared to stop when I see other hikers because I like to give them hugs! I’m also a fantastic fetcher! 🎾 I’ll happily chase a ball and can even catch one bounced right off a wall—talk about a fun playmate! I’m playful, loyal, and full of personality, but what I really want is to be your one and only. I’d do best as an only dog because I want all the human love and attention for myself. Once I choose my person, I’ll bond deeply and love with my whole heart. ❤️ I have a heart of gold and so much love to give. My dream is a forever home where I can play fetch in a secured yard and go on daily walks/hikes. I long for a home where I’ll be cherished, adored, and loved for all my days—because I truly deserve it. 🥹🐾 If you’re looking for a devoted, playful, affectionate companion who will love you BIG, I just might be your girl. Come meet me and let me show you just how special Piper can be! ❤️ Our adoption fee helps cover expenses (vaccinations, microchips, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets we rescue. UAF does not adopt or ship outside the state of Arizona. To ensure the best fit, UAF conducts a home visit to meet other pets and verify a safe, secure yard. If you have any questions or to adopt a dog an application must submitted. Filling out this form does not obligate you to adopt, but gives us the information needed to make sure the pet is suited to your home. HOW TO APPLY: From Petfinder.com The fastest way to get to the adoptable dog page is to copy and then paste this link into your browser: https://unitedanimalfriends.org/adoptable-dogs/ When you are on the UAF website Select "Adoptable Dogs" and pick the dog you are interested in. To apply to adopt, go into the dog's profile, and click the gray "Apply for Adoption" button to get started. You could be a life saver! Help us save more lives by fostering a dog or cat. If you live in the Prescott Az area please go to our website unitedanimalfriends.org and learn more about fostering!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Piper, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
