My story

Courtesy Listing, this dog is not at CAAR. We are helping one of our volunteers find a new home for one of her pups. She is not getting along with the other small dogs in the house but is great with bigger dogs. Hi! My name is Eevie—yes, just like the Pokémon! I’m a fun-loving Jack Russell mix looking for my forever home. A few months ago, I was rescued by CAAR and have been living in a wonderful foster home ever since. Now that I’ve gained confidence and settled in, I’m ready to find a family of my own! A little about me: I LOVE people once I get to know them. It usually takes me a few days to warm up, but once I know I’m safe, I’ll be zooming around the house in no time! Kids are my absolute favorite humans—I could play with them and give them kisses all day long. When I’m not soaking up attention, you’ll usually find me playing with my toys. The more toys, the better! I’m not a picky eater, and I’m fully potty trained. My foster mom says I’m the cutest little angel who likes to be the queen bee! I’m still learning my boundaries with small dogs, but I’m currently living with two little dog friends and a big German Shepherd, and I’m doing well. I also don’t mind cats or even goats!
