My story

Bok-Ju is a cheerful, intelligent young pup with an outgoing personality and endless enthusiasm for life. He loves food, making him highly motivated for training, and he's already learned commands such as sit, paw, high five, down, and wait, although his puppy excitement sometimes gets the better of him! He does not experience separation anxiety and adapts well when given patience and consistency. He may need a little time to adjust to unfamiliar places or people, especially if someone approaches with large or intimidating objects like a broom, but if allowed to explore at his own pace, he quickly gains confidence. He adores playing with other dogs and currently lives peacefully with a much larger female dog. Bok-ju is affectionate, eager to learn, incredibly resilient, and full of puppy charm. With continued positive training and an active family, he will grow into an amazing lifelong companion. Good with women: Yes Good with men: Yes Good with kids: Yes, older children recommended as he is nervous around children who rush up to him. He may give a small bark, then lose interest and walk away. Good with cats: Yes, he shows very little interest in cats. Good with dogs: Yes, he loves other dogs but can be a little shy at first. If given time and space, he adjusts on his own and happily approaches to make friends. House trained: Mostly Crate trained: Yes, he happily enters his crate on command ("House!") and eats all of his meals there. He is still practicing staying in the crate for longer periods. Energy level: Medium/high - Bok-Ju is an energetic, playful young dog who loves outdoor adventures, sniffing, and playing with canine friends. Barker: No Flight risk: Possibly in the beginning - he is fearless and adventurous, and may try to squeeze through open doors or jump from high places like a typical curious puppy. Extra care should be taken around exits and unsecured areas, especially at the beginning. Food aggressive: No, he has never shown any resource guarding. If someone takes his treat away, he'll simply beg dramatically for it back. Walks on leash: Yes, he enjoys wearing his leash and harness and loves exploring during walks. He is walked three times a day: two shorter walks (about 15 minutes each) and one long evening walk of 1.5-2 hours, often including time at the dog park. Rides well in car: Unknown. Destructive: No Needs a home with a yard: Preferred Needs a home with another dog: No Can live in an apartment: Yes, provided he receives plenty of daily exercise, enrichment, and opportunities to burn off his energy.
