Activity/Energy Level: Low Up to date on Shots: Yes Housebroken: Yes Crate Trained: Yes Ok with Dogs: Yes Ok with Cats: Unknown Ok with Kids: Yes, but can be startled very easily with sudden movement and commotion that day to day living can be with a busy household.  It sends Cuddles running to a safe area, therefore an adult only home would be best, visiting children would be fine Origin: Mass Breeding Facility Requirements: Fully fenced yard, a dog in the home would be nice, an adult family that would love to have a companion (I crave your attention)   And now, a few words from me … I'm a 6-year-old Merle Cocker Spaniel with a heart of gold. My past wasn't the happiest, but since I'm a dog, I decided the best thing to do was bury it and keep moving forward. Now I'm ready for the next chapter of my life—a forever home filled with love. I did bring one thing with me from my past: I lost one of my eyes. Don't worry, though—it hasn't slowed me down or affected my ability to enjoy life. I'm just as happy and loving as ever. I'm a true sweetheart who adores people and craves companionship. I'm not asking for much—just someone who will spend time with me, love me, and let me be part of the family. One thing I'm especially proud of is how quickly I mastered my house training. I figured that learning good manners would help me find my forever family, so I made it my mission. I can happily check that box off! I'm also learning to walk on a leash. The world is full of exciting smells, sounds, and movement but sometimes it can feel a little overwhelming. My foster mom says I'll become a leash-walking pro with time and patience. For now, I actually enjoy riding in a stroller until we reach a quiet grassy spot where I can explore at my own pace. Because of this, I'll need a securely fenced yard where I can safely sniff, wander, and continue building my confidence. If you're looking for a loyal companion, I hope you'll take a closer look at me. Dogs like me don't come around very often—I really do live up to my name. A Note from My Foster Mom Cuddles has one of the sweetest personalities you'll ever encounter. She absolutely loves any attention you're willing to give her and quietly soaks up every bit of affection. She's a gentle, quiet girl who is becoming braver every day as she settles into her new routine. Because she's still gaining confidence, she would thrive in a calm, quieter home. Cuddles doesn't ask for much—just kindness, patience, and someone to love. Despite the hardships she's faced, she still greets every day with hope and an open heart.
