Milo

My story

Milo is a 5 year old shepherd mix, 65 pounds, and is a very special boy. Milo was rescued from an abusive home in Apache Junction by my father. Prior to living in this abusive home, he was living on the street. My father cared for him for about a year, and then unfortunately he passed away. I inherited Milo and have been living with him for the past couple years. He is a lot better in a house, but because we have been in an apartment for the past few years he has gotten very anxious and that has caused him to lash out a bit. He does need some behavioral training, and requires a more active lifestyle as he is a shepherd mix. He is a very good boy, loves to play, run around, and knows about a dozen tricks. He is indifferent to cats, needs to be introduced to other dogs but then will do well with them, and he is good with kids. I would recommend no younger than 12 years old handling him due to his current issues, but when he’s in a house any age is safe and comfortable with him.
