My story

*Note: Bomi is currently in Korea, but will be arriving in Toronto once adopted. For more info about the dog or adoption application, please click here.BackgroundBomi was rescued from the Hanam City Pound early this year. After her rescue, she moved to our partner boarding facility, where she has been growing up surrounded by care, companionship, and plenty of opportunities to play. She has completed her veterinary checkup and passed our adoption screening process. Now, this adorable little girl is ready to find a loving family of her own.Personality and SocializationWith a medium energy level, Bomi is a sweet, affectionate, and people oriented young dog. She loves attention and enjoys spending time with her human friends. While she can be a little cautious when meeting someone new, she quickly warms up and is friendly with both men and women.Bomi gets along very well with other dogs and loves to run and play. She especially enjoys the company of dogs that are similar in age and size and share her playful spirit. She has no experiences with cats.BehavioursBomi is a well behaved young dog who enjoys her daily walks and walks nicely on a leash. She travels comfortably in the car and handles bath time and veterinary visits calmly. She prefers doing her business outdoors and has been doing well with her outdoor potty routine. She does not have any unusual barking habits and has not shown destructive chewing behaviours. Although she grew up with her siblings, she is not overly dependent on them and appears capable of adjusting well to life with her own family.Health and DietBomi is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed. Her vaccinations were completed in June 2026, and she receives regular monthly parasite prevention. She eats kibbles and has no known allergies and no history of surgeries other than her spay procedure. She is a healthy young girl who is ready for her next chapter.Ideal HomeBomi is a lovely girl who could be a wonderful match for many families. Her ideal adopter would be someone who can spend plenty of time with her and not leave her alone for long periods. A retired person, someone who works from home, or a family with a flexible schedule would be a great fit for this affectionate young dog.A home with another friendly and gentle dog would be a bonus, especially one who enjoys companionship and playtime. Bomi is a sweet, loving girl with so much affection to give. Whoever is lucky enough to adopt her will gain a devoted companion and a wonderful new family member.*Note: Bomi is currently in Korea, but will be arriving in Toronto once adopted. For more info about the dog or adoption application, please click here.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Bomi, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
