QUICK FACTS Name: Parfait Age: About 4.5 Months Old Gender: Female (Spaying Scheduled) Breed: Dachshund – Spitz Mix Color: White with a little bit of Brown Weight: 4.5kg / 10lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY I was at the city municipal shelter, where I was at risk of euthanasia. Thankfully, I was rescued just in time and given a second chance at life. Now I'm ready to leave my past behind and begin a new chapter with a loving family who will cherish me forever.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Spaying Scheduled & healthy with no known health issues   MY PERSONALITY Hi, I'm Parfait! I'm a confident little sweetheart with a big personality packed into a small body! I'm the most outgoing of my siblings and love being around people, always ready to win you over with my affectionate charm. I may have a competitive streak when treats are involved—I simply can't resist a tasty snack—but it's all part of my spirited and adorable personality. While I sometimes like to act tough around my siblings, it's mostly just harmless puppy bravado, and I'm much more interested in having fun than causing trouble. If you're looking for a playful, loving companion with just the right mix of confidence, sweetness, and puppy charm, I can't wait to meet you!   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I can be just a tiny bit shy when meeting someone new, but a tasty treat is usually all it takes to win me over! I warm up quickly, happily accept gentle pets, and before long, I'll be enjoying your company. I'm also comfortable being gently picked up, making it easy to care for and cuddle me. · With Dogs: I love making new dog friends! Whether we've known each other for a long time or we're meeting for the very first time, I'm always happy to say hello and invite them to play. · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have moderate energy level – I have a balanced energy level and enjoy spending time outdoors on walks and adventures. After I've had some exercise and fresh air, I'm happy to relax and unwind by your side. I'm currently learning my leash skills, and with a little patience and consistency, I'm becoming a more confident walking companion every day.   TRAINING & HABITS I'm happy to share my food with people and don't mind having them nearby while I eat. Around other dogs, though, I prefer to enjoy my meals with a little personal space and may give a gentle growl if another dog gets too close. If there's something I really want, I might let you know with a little bark—I just like communicating! I'm calm and relaxed in my kennel I'm flexible with my potty habits, comfortably using both indoor pee pads and going outside.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself.
