We truly appreciate your patience while we work through this issue — and thank you for wanting to help a rescue dog      — Loyal Rescue I will be at the Pet Valu Meet & Greet, 705 Kingston Rd, Pickering this Sunday June 21 from 11:00am-1pm. All applications will be reviewed after the event is over. Meet Brynn! Name/Tag#: Brynn 4471 Age:  ~8 years Sex/Altered: Female/ Spayed Weight: 10lbs Breed: Yorkshire Terrier Foster Home Location:  UXBRIDGE, Ont Adoption Fee: $750.00 Temperament: Very soft personality, loving Activity/Energy Level: Medium/low Up to date on Shots: Yes Housebroken: No, working on it Crate Trained: Unknown-not needed Ok with Dogs: Yes Ok with Cats: Unknown, but likely yes Ok with Kids: Yes, kids over 8 years Origin: Ppuppy mill release Requirements: Securely fenced yard, someone home most of the time, quiet environment, a gentle companion dog in the home, no kids under 8 years Brynn arrived into rescue from a puppy mill where she had spent her life.  All of her vetting has been done, including removal of all remaining teeth so she has the cutest ever wagging tongue. She is a very gentle, quiet dog who loves nothing more than to hop from dog bed to dog bed in her foster home.  Should you be sitting quietly she will ask to come onto your lap.  Her love of beds goes into the bedroom as well, where she adores to sleep with her foster family. As soon as she spies you, she will stretch out and show her belly for rubs. She is adjusting well to life outside of the mill, pretty accepting of everything except very loud sounds.  She is intrigued by the tv and will watch intently. Having arrived recently, she will need to be taught how to potty outside but may be a good candidate for pee pads.  She will head outside and perhaps lay on the deck in the sun but her preferred place is in the home in a dog bed.  Likely the big open space outside is overwhelming to her at present.  As a mill release, it is advised that she has a companion dog that is also mellow and accepting.  She has a very soft personality and loud or excitable would be too much for her.  The yard does not need to be large yet should be fully fenced for her safety.  She is currently eating soft canned food given the removal of all her teeth but over time can be transitioned to soft soaked kibble.  Walking on a leash can be worked once she has settled in  and gained some confidence outside. Brynn is a lover.  She is a companion dog that anyone would fall head over heels for. Should you have the time commitment to be a part of Brynn ’ slife, have a quiet environment for her to rest and enjoy, we would be excited to see your application. Questions?
