Meet Darla!Darla is an approximately 8-year-old Lab mix with a big heart and an even bigger personality once she feels comfortable. She's a sweet, affectionate girl who enjoys being close to her people and being part of what's going on around her. Whether she's hanging out nearby or checking in for attention, Darla has a charming way of making her presence known.As a mature girl, Darla will benefit from a calm, stable home where she can settle in and find her rhythm. She came to us as a stray, so her history is unknown, but what's clear is that she's ready for a fresh start and a place to truly call her own.Darla would prefer to be the only pet in the home so she can soak up all the love and attention for herself. She'll thrive with a family who appreciates her personality and gives her the time and space to feel secure and at home.She is a silly girl who loves to play and run around, this smart gal also knows basic commands such as sit, stay and shake a paw.
