My story

Foster insights/backstory: Oreo came to us under heartbreaking circumstances. Her former family, struggling with poverty, surrendered her when she had been in labor for almost two days. Tragically, all eleven of her puppies were lost. Despite her pain, Oreo showed incredible strength and grace. She was also heartworm positive when rescued, but with care and love, shes now completely healthy and heartworm free!Today, Oreo is thriving in her foster home. Shes house- and crate-trained, enjoys her walks, and loves being close to her people. She has playful bursts of energy followed by long, happy naps on the couch. Oreo is gentle, affectionate, and full of gratitude a survivor with the biggest heart. Shes ready to share her love with a family who will cherish her forever.
