Kori is still discovering the world around herand shes ready to do it with a loving family by her side.Koris journey has shaped her into a thoughtful and sensitive girl. Like many dogs, she can be a little shy when meeting new people and prefers to take her time building trust. But once she feels safe, her affectionate and loyal nature truly shines. With patience and kindness, Kori forms deep bonds and becomes a devoted companion.One of Koris greatest joys? Food! Shes highly food-motivated, which has made her a star student. She already knows several tricks like sit, paw, nose touch, wait, and even high-five! This clever girl will thrive in a home that continues to nurture her love of learning. Kori absolutely adores other dogs and feels most comfortable when she has a canine friend nearby. While its not required, a home with another friendly dog would help her continue to build confidence and feel secure. She enjoys playtime, companionship, and the comfort of having a buddy to show her the ropes.With a medium-to-high energy level, Kori enjoys her walks (34 times a week) and would love a home where she can stretch her legsideally with a yard, though she can adapt to apartment living with regular exercise and enrichment. She is both indoor and outdoor house-trained, crate trained (and continuing to improve), and walks nicely on leash. Shes quiet, non-destructive, and travels well in the carmaking her an easy addition to many types of homes. Kori is good with men, women, and children, though she appreciates respectful interactionsespecially while shes still building confidence. She hasnt yet been tested with cats. She has no food aggression and is comfortable being handled by those she trusts.Koris ideal home is a patient, loving family who will give her the time she needs to feel safe. A home with a yard and possibly another dog would be a dreambut most importantly, she needs people who will see her gentle spirit and help her continue to grow.
